Janet M. Keogan (Room 4-65; Ext. 1388) serves as the Registrar for the Law School. She is assisted by Patricia A. Bankeser (Room 4-63: Ext. 6607), the Associate Registrar. The other members of the staff are: Isabelle Belneau, ext. 6029, Joanne D'Anca, ext. 6600, Michelle Garcia, ext. 2192, Pauline Hudson, ext. 2191, Mary Palazzola, ext. 1665 and Valerie Sharma, ext. 6382. The administrative offices are open Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Fridays: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise posted.

The Office of the Registrar provides the following services:

  • publishes the Academic Calendar

  • processes bar applications

  • certification of enrollment

  • Character Committee Forms

  • examination conflicts

  • letters of good standing

  • loan deferments

  • name and/or address changes

  • transcript requests

  • prepares registration materials and final examination schedule.

Requests (in the form of a letter) for the following may be submitted to the Office of the Registrar

  • permission to study at other law schools

  • permission to transfer divisions

  • requests to add or subtract information from a file

These requests will be forwarded to the appropriate Dean for response.

  • Name/Address Change

  • Request for a Letter of Good Standing

  • Transcript Request(no fee)
